White T-Shirt
Both short and long sleeves are very versatile while quarter sleeves give petites and those with short arms a great look. A V-neck style is sexy and is perfect for accessorising by layering necklaces. It can be neatly tucked into a skirt or left to hang freely over a pair of denim jeans. A black t-shirt/tank top is universal and can be worn for a casual look with jeans or under an unbuttoned shirt, sweater or cardigan. It can also be used for layering underneath transparent shirts or low-neck tops and can be dressed up with accessories.

A fitted one is easier to tuck in and looks neat when left out. A style with more detailing at the front will make a small chest look larger while a popover style will be more appropriate for a larger chest.
